What else could be more divine than cream with chocolate? 5 ingredients chocolate mousse that will put a smile on every faces!ooktop too!
As I recently have some time, I was surfing on the internet last week. On the lookout for new, stirring thoughts, inspiring meals that I have never tested before, to delight my family with. Searching for a long time yet could not discover too many interesting stuff. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I discovered this yummy and simple dessert simply by chance. The dessert looked so delicious on its pic, it required quick actions.
It was not difficult to imagine the way it’s made, how it tastes and just how much my husband will probably enjoy it. Mind you, it is rather easy to impress the man when it comes to puddings. Yes, I’m a lucky one. Or perhaps he is.Anyways, I went to the website: Suncakemom and simply followed the step-by-step instuctions that have been accompanied by nice shots of the method. It just makes life much easier. I can imagine that it’s a slight effort to shoot snap shots down the middle of baking in the kitchen as you may ordinarily have gross hands so I pretty appreciate the commitment she put in to make this blogpost .
With that in mind I am inspired presenting my very own dishes in a similar way. Many thanks the idea.
I had been tweaking the initial mixture to make it for the taste of my family. Need to mention it had been an incredible success. They loved the flavor, the structure and loved having a treat like this in the midst of a stressful workweek. They quite simply requested more, a lot more. Thus the next time I’m not going to commit the same miscalculation. I am going to double the quantity .
The Keto chocolate mousse is provided by SunCakeMom
Break the chocolate into pieces and place it in a small saucepan over another pan of gently simmering water. Stir until chocolate is melted then let it cool off.
Place eggs and the optional sweetener of choice in a medium-sized bowl and whisk until it’s light yellow color and doubled in volume. It will take about 5 minutes.
Eventually add cocoa powder to the mixture.
Fold in cooled chocolate carefully until combined.
In a separate bowl, whip cream until thickened about 2-3 minutes.
Fold the thick whipped cream into the eggs mixture carefully.
We are after a uniform creamy texture and chocolaty color.
Spoon mixture into serving glasses and put them in the fridge to chill before serving if that’s possible.
Anyway, if we are lucky enough and our chocolate mousse survives for an hour in the fridge, decorate them with some extra whipped cream and chocolate topping before serving.
