According to the latest report from the Wine Market Council, a nonprofit organization that provides consumer research to the wine industry, millennials — defined as those aged between 21 and 38 years — are now the largest wine-drinking demographic in the U.S., making up 36 percent of all U.S. wine drinkers. This offers a great chance to get familiar not only with the surroundings of the grapes but to get to know the history of the vine maker’s family as well.
