Conte Brandolini

Starting in the mid-1980s, Count number Brandino Brandolini started to go after his ambitious objective of creating world-class wines at his family’s picture-perfect 500-acre estate in the Friuli district of northeast Italy. After many years of research at the College or university of Bordeaux, and far time spent in the family’s Bordeaux property, the respectable Château Greysac, Brandolini became persuaded that Friuli possessed the perfect terroir for creation of outstanding quality wine.
Dealing with his friend and colleague, Georges Pauli, a consultant to several leading Bordeaux properties, Brandolini applied some radical improvements at Vistorta’s existing 80-acre vineyard, which includes been planted with Merlot for over a hundred years. Significant investments had been manufactured in the building of the state-of-the-art winery and cellars. Because of this, 20 years later on, Vistorta is just about the source of among northeast Italy’s most sought-after reddish colored wines.
