Mushroom Sauce Cream

Torn between worlds when picking the right sauce before the dinner is served? Mushroom sauce will help finding the answer!

As I recently have some time, I had been surfing on the web a few days ago. In need of new, challenging thoughts, inspirational recipes that I have never tasted before, to impress my family with. Hunting for a long time yet could not find lots of interesting stuff. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I found this delightful and simple dessert simply by accident at Suncakemom. It seemed so delightful on its snapshot, that called for quick actions.

It absolutely was not difficult to imagine how it’s made, how it tastes and how much boyfriend will love it. Actually, it is very easy to please the guy when it comes to puddings. Anyway, I went to the website and then followed the detailed instuctions that have been combined with great snap shots of the method. It really makes life rather easy. I can suppose it is a slight inconvenience to take photographs in the midst of baking in the kitchen because you normally have gross hands thus i seriously appreciate the effort and time she put in to make this post and recipe easily followed.

With that in mind I’m encouraged presenting my own dishes in the same way. Many thanks for the idea.

I was fine tuning the initial formula to make it for the taste of my loved ones. I must tell you that it was an incredible success. They prized the flavor, the structure and enjoyed having a delicacy such as this in the middle of a stressful workweek. They basically asked for even more, a lot more. So the next time I am not going to make the same mistake. I am gonna multiply the amount .

The Mushroom Sauce is from SunCakeMom

Slice mushrooms.

Melt butter in a pan or simply use cooking oil.

Add the mushrooms, onion, salt and pepper.

Stir-fry on high heat (saute) until the mushrooms half in size and get a brown color. (Optional herbs like parsley can be added too.)

Stir in sour cream. Bring it to boil then let it sit a couple of minutes before serving.

Enjoy!
