Low Carb Meatballs

Low Carb Meatballs

Low carb, gluten free, keto, dairy free, sugar free or just plain old meatballs. Easy to make fairly quick to prepare and everyone loves them.

As I currently have a little time, I was browsing on the internet the other day. Attempting to find new, exciting thoughts, inspiring dishes that I have never used before, to impress my family with. Hunting for a while unfortunately couldn’t find any interesting stuff. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I discovered this tempting and simple dessert simply by chance. It seemed so fabulous on its pic, it called for rapid actions.

It was easy to imagine how it’s made, its taste and just how much my husband might like it. Actually, it is very simple to please him in terms of cakes. Yes, I’m a blessed one. Or possibly he is.Anyways, I went to the blog: Suncakemom and followed the precise instuctions which were accompanied by nice graphics of the process. It really makes life much simpler. I can imagine that it is a bit of a inconvenience to take pics down the middle of cooking in the kitchen because you most often have sticky hands therefore i really appreciate the hard work she placed in for making this blogpost and recipe conveniently followed.

That being said I’m encouraged to present my personal dishes in a similar fashion. Many thanks for the thought.

I had been fine tuning the original recipe to make it for the taste of my family. Need to say it absolutely was a great success. They loved the taste, the consistency and loved having a delicacy such as this during a stressful week. They ultimately requested even more, many more. Thus the next occasion I am not going to commit the same mistake. I am going to twin the volume to make them delighted.

Mix all the ingredients together in a big enough bowl.

Form balls out of the meat and spice mixture. Smaller are tastier bigger are easier. Find the golden way around Ø1½” / Ø3.5cm.

Heat oil in a pan deep fryer or preheat the oven to 350° / 180°.

Place the balls into the oil or the oven and take them out when golden brown.

Frying meatballs in oil will get them ready in about 10 minutes while in the oven it takes about 50 min.
