Vinification

Grapes are hands harvested and fermentation occurs in stainless-steel tanks and it is kept at a minimal temperature to keep the vibrant aromas from the grapes. Fermentation will last 35 times at a temperatures of 61°F.

Gorgeous aromas of dried out fruit, honey, ripe apples and hints of hazelnut and herbs.

Taste

A full-bodied, powerful and elegant wines with tastes of special honey, peach and apricot.
