Zucchini Fries Recipe

Is our health worth quitting the fine crabs world and opt for a few green more? Let’s bake some zucchini fries with cheese and see!

As I lately have a little time, I was surfing on the internet the other day. Trying to get new, interesting thoughts, inspirational recipes that I’ve never tested before, to treat my family with. Searching for a while yet could not find any interesting things. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I came across this yummy and easy dessert simply by chance. It looked so delicious on its snapshot, that called for instant actions.

It had been simple enough to imagine how it is made, its taste and how much my husband might love it. Actually, it is rather easy to please the guy when it comes to puddings. Yes, I am a blessed one. Or possibly he is.Anyway, I got into the blog: Suncakemom and then used the step by step instuctions which were coupled with nice pictures of the process. It just makes life less difficult. I could imagine that it is a slight effort to take snap shots down the middle of baking in the kitchen because you normally have gross hands and so i seriously appreciate the commitment she put in to build this post and recipe easily followed.

Having said that I’m empowered to present my personal recipe in the same way. Appreciate your the idea.

I had been fine tuning the original mixture create it for the taste of my loved ones. I must mention that it was an awesome success. They loved the taste, the consistency and enjoyed getting a treat such as this in the middle of a busy workweek. They ultimately asked for more, many more. Hence next time I’m not going to commit the same miscalculation. I am likely to multiply the volume .

Halve the zucchinis then lengthwise cut them into 4 vertically and horizontally so we’ll have 8 slices.

Sprinkle salt and mix it well with the zucchini. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Whisk the egg and dunk the zucchini slices into the egg.

Let the zucchinis drip off excess egg before proceeding to the cheesing.

Roll the egged zucchinis into the grated cheese lightly.

Place the zucchinis onto a parchment papered baking tray. We can place them fairly close to each other as they won’t grow in size.

We can opt for the less streneous method of carelessly mixing everything together and dumping the whole thing onto the parchment layered baking tray but the results will be linear to the invested efforts.

Bake the zucchinis in a 400°F / 200°C oven until the cheese gets golden brown spots for about 30 minutes.
