Keto – Low Carb Wrap Recipe

Looking for a way to hide all that vegetables or just a practical way to gobble up everything at one go? With a low carb wrap everything is possible!

As I most recently have a little time, I was browsing on the web last week. Trying to find fresh, fascinating ideas, inspirational meals that I have never tested before, to amaze my loved ones with. Looking for a while yet could not find too many interesting things. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I found this delightful and simple treat by accident over Suncakemom. It looked so yummy on its image, that called for quick actions.

It was not so difficult to imagine the way it’s made, how it tastes and just how much boyfriend will probably like it. Actually, it is quite easy to keep happy him when it comes to puddings. Anyways, I went to the blog and used the comprehensive instuctions that have been combined with great photographs of the procedure. It just makes life quite easy. I could imagine that it’s a bit of a effort to take photographs in the middle of cooking in the kitchen as you will often have sticky hands therefore i seriously appreciate the time and energy she placed in to make this blogpost and recipe easily implemented.

With that in mind I am inspired to present my own recipe in a similar fashion. Many thanks for the thought.

I had been fine tuning the original formula create it for the taste of my loved ones. I have to tell you it absolutely was an awesome success. They enjoyed the flavour, the consistency and enjoyed having a treat such as this in the middle of a lively week. They ultimately asked for more, more and more. Hence next time I’m not going to make the same miscalculation. I am gonna multiply the volume .

Put coconut flour, egg whites and baking powder into a medium size mixing-bowl.

Gradually add the water and oil while combining everything together. We are looking for a runny, watery consistency that can spread around the frying pan easily.

Heat a non-stick frying pan to medium to high heat.

Brush it with oil or use a non-stick spray. This step is highly recommended and a crepe frying can come handy too.

Tilt the pan to one side then pour a ladle of batter on the top side.

When it reaches the bottom, tilt the pan around so the batter can run around and cover the whole pan. We shouldn’t worry about left out parts but in case we are, then simply spoon some batter there too.

Cook it for 1 -3 minutes until the bottom gets a golden brown color. Bubbles on the surface can indicate the need of flipping the wrap but sometimes there are none, so check the time and the bottom of it.

Flip it over with a spatula. The sides may need a bit of loosing up before we are able to lift the wrap up as they tend to stick to the pan.

Cook the other side until the golden brown spots start to appear for about 1 -2 minutes.

Place them onto a cooling rack to cool down.
