Sausage And Peppers

Let the feelings guide our life or should we be more precise? Let’s make this sausage and peppers and see if life should be a carnival!

As I currently have some time, I had been browsing on the web the other day. In search of new, intriguing tips, inspirational recipes that I’ve never tasted before, to delight my family with. Hunting for a long time unfortunately could not come across any interesting things. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I came upon this delightful and easy treat by chance. The dessert seemed so delightful on its snapshot, it required immediate action.

It absolutely was easy to imagine just how it’s created, how it tastes and how much my husband will probably want it. Actually, it is rather simple to delight the guy when it comes to cakes. Yes, I’m a blessed one. Or possibly he is.Anyway, I went to the website: Suncakemom and simply used the precise instuctions which were coupled with wonderful photographs of the operation. It just makes life quite easy. I can imagine that it is a bit of a hassle to shoot photos down the middle of baking in the kitchen because you typically have sticky hands so I pretty appreciate the time and effort she placed in to build this post and recipe conveniently followed.

With that in mind I’m empowered to present my personal recipes in the same way. Appreciate your the concept.

I was tweaking the original formula to make it for the taste of my family. Need to tell you it turned out an awesome success. They loved the flavor, the structure and enjoyed getting a delicacy such as this in the middle of a stressful week. They ultimately asked for more, more and more. So next time I’m not going to commit the same miscalculation. I am going to multiply the volume to make them delighted.

Advanced – Skillet

Heat oil to medium to high then sear the sausages on both side until golden brown, for about 3 minutes each side. Take them out of the pan if short of space.

Saute sliced onion and salt on high heat until it gets a glassy / translucent look, for about 3 – 5 minutes.

Add the sliced pepper and tomato then saute for another 3 – 5 minutes.

Reduce the heat to medium to low. Mix in garlic, oregano, basil and put the sausages back. Place the lid on and cook for 7 – 10 minutes or until the desired texture is achieved.
